Having served 14 years as Parts Manager / Group Parts Manager
and After sales Manager at top dealers namely Bedworth Car
Centre and Archie Moss of Loughborough, Wayne Harris decided to
start his own business which opened in January 1996 in Edward
Street Nuneaton.Shortly after, Trent
Road Service Station was purchased to allow us to carry out Mot
testing along with servicing and repairs.
It quickly
became evident that we needed to operate from larger premises as
our customer base was rapidly expanding. This major task of
identifying the right site became a real problem. However, in
April 2008 we moved to our newly fully refurbished and modern
6000sq metre site in Oaston Road.
This now allows us to
offer our customers a main dealer experience from an independent
specialist at very competitive prices.
Our large parts department caters for DIY counter
sales aswell as our own workshops. We
are an approved Delphi service centre and carry a vast range of
their original equipment parts in stock, anything that is not
available is obtained by overnight delivery. We have also
received Masterserve Garage accreditation from Fleet Support
Group, something we are very proud of.
We are also 1link
approved and this allows over 50 Fleet operators customers to
access our services. We have gained an enviable reputation for
customer service and expertise, and have assembled a team of
staff who are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
